One of the benefits of our small Troop is that every Scout has the opportunity to serve in a leadership role early in their Scouting journey!  We hold Troop Elections every 6 months to allow Scouts the opportunity to take on new roles within their Patrols and the Troop. 

Our Patrol Leaders Council meets on a monthly basis to plan the upcoming Troop meetings and activities.  

Our Adult Leadership comes from a core group of Adults with a combined 20+ years of Scouting experience!  All Adult Leaders have completed Youth Protection Training as well as position-specific training for their specific role.  

Scoutmaster Jason Warfel served as the Cubmaster of Pack 194 before joining the Troop.  He grew up in Scouting and is excited to share this experience with his son!

Assistant Scoutmaster Shawn Driscol served as the Committee Chair of Pack 194 before joining the Troop.  He started in Scouts as a Tiger and eventually earned the rank of Eagle Scout!  His father was a Cubmaster and Scoutmaster and he loves continuing the family legacy with his 3 boys!

Assistant Scoutmasters Johnny Cameron, Casey Malsom, and Kellie Malsom all bring years of outdoor experience and lots of great ideas to the Troop!

The Troop Committee consists of Committee Chair Lacie Driscol, Cathie Hewes and Chantel Cameron.  They work together to ensure the ongoing success of the Troop!
